WILD RICE VEGGIE SALAD

Combine dressing ingredients in small bowl), set aside. Microwave vegetables on paper towels for 2 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain well. In large bowl, combine vegetables and wild rice; toss with dressing. Chill 20 minutes; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
